Home Description

At Sterling Care Adult Family Home, we’re all about creating a place that truly feels like home. We offer a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and real personal attention every day. For caregivers, that means working in a setting that feels more personal and meaningful, not cold or institutional.

Our home focuses on compassionate, hands-on care with services like help with daily routines, medication management, health monitoring, nutritious home-cooked meals, and support with appointments and outings. We also make daily life more enjoyable with activities like games, crafts, music, and gentle exercise, so the work here goes beyond basic care and helps people stay engaged and connected.

We’re proud of the home-like atmosphere we’ve built, with cozy spaces, a peaceful setting, and a team approach centered on respect and quality of life. Our lead provider brings extensive experience, including dementia care, and we care a lot about making each day comfortable, safe, and meaningful for the people who live here.

If you’re someone who wants to work in a place where compassion matters, where relationships are real, and where the care feels personal, we think you’ll feel right at home with us.
