Caregiver Job Opening at PEACH POINTE AFH LLC
Home Description
At Peach Pointe AFH, we’re all about creating a calm, supportive home where both residents and caregivers feel comfortable, respected, and valued. We’re a licensed adult family home in Centralia, and we focus on memory care, so the work here is meaningful, hands-on, and centered around building real relationships every day.
We’re the kind of home where caregivers can make a real difference. Because we’re in a residential setting instead of a large facility, the atmosphere is more personal, more connected, and a lot more home-like. That means you get the chance to truly know the people you care for, notice the little things, and be part of a team that values compassion, patience, and consistency.
Our home is located in a quiet Centralia neighborhood, which helps create a peaceful environment for residents and a more relaxed day-to-day setting for staff too. We want our team to feel proud of the care they give and comfortable bringing kindness, warmth, and their personality to the job.
Working with us means being part of a home that is licensed and active in Washington State, with a focus on providing dependable care in a setting that feels welcoming and familiar. If you like caregiving that feels personal, purposeful, and relationship-based, Peach Pointe AFH can be a really good fit.
