Caregiver Job Opening at LONGVIEW ADULT FAMILY HOME LLC
Home Description
At Longview Adult Family Home, we’re all about quality care in a real family-style setting. We’ve created a warm, welcoming home where residents can feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for, and that makes this a meaningful place to work too.
Our team provides 24-hour individualized care, and we take pride in supporting each resident with compassion, patience, and respect. We specialize in caring for people with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, mental health needs, developmental disabilities, and other health challenges, so the work here is important, hands-on, and deeply rewarding.
What makes our home stand out is the environment we’ve built. We focus on helping residents stay as independent as possible while also making sure they feel supported every day. We serve homemade meals cooked daily, keep the home clean and comfortable, and make sure residents have thoughtful touches that help them feel at home.
We also have a setup that helps both residents and staff day to day, including an accessible ramp, safety bars in the bathrooms, furnished rooms with hospital beds and internet-enabled TVs, and cozy shared spaces. Our location is another plus since we’re near Altrusa Park and not far from PeaceHealth Hospital, which helps give everyone extra peace of mind.
As a workplace, we value caregivers who lead with heart. Our staff are experienced, dependable, and team-oriented, and we know how much their work matters. Here, you’re not just filling a shift — you’re part of a home that believes in kindness, dignity, and making each day better for the people we care for. If you want to work somewhere personal, supportive, and purpose-driven, we think you’ll feel right at home with us.
