Home Description

At I CARE AFH, we’re all about creating a warm, home-like place where residents feel safe, cared for, and comfortable every day.

We take pride in the kind of environment we’ve built here in Edmonds. Our home is focused on quality care, a welcoming atmosphere, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing people are truly looked after. We believe care should feel personal, not rushed or institutional, and that mindset shapes how we work as a team.

What makes us a great place to work is the kind of care culture we want to maintain. We value kindness, patience, reliability, and people who genuinely want to make someone’s day better. If you enjoy working in a setting where relationships matter and where your work has a real impact, you’ll fit in well here.

Our team supports residents with personal care and daily living needs, while also helping create a clean, calm, and positive home. We’re the kind of place that cares about doing things the right way, serving good meals, keeping the home well maintained, and helping residents feel at home.

If you’re looking for a caregiving job where compassion matters, where the home environment feels welcoming, and where quality of care is a big deal, we’d love to have you be part of what we do.
