Caregiver Job Opening at Belair House
Home Description
We’re Belair House, part of Ruth’s Homes here in Cle Elum, and we’re all about care that feels personal, warm, and real. We’re family-owned, and that shows in the way we work with each other and the way we care for the people who live here. This isn’t a big corporate setting where people feel like a number. It’s a home where relationships matter, teamwork matters, and kindness is a big part of everyday life.
What makes us a great place to work is the kind of environment we’ve built. We believe in compassionate, individualized care, and we want our team to feel proud of the work they do. If you like working somewhere that values dignity, patience, and genuine connection, you’ll fit right in with us. We care for residents with needs including dementia and mental health support, so the work is meaningful and gives caregivers a chance to really make a difference.
We also offer a setting with a lot of thoughtful touches that make daily work better, like a comfortable home environment, private rooms, wheelchair and walker accessibility, emergency call systems, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, gardens, patio space, and a secure, well-kept property. Our home is close to a bus line and near a hospital, which can make things easier for both staff and residents.
Life here is active and engaging too. We enjoy things like gardening, barbecues, bingo, games, holiday celebrations, crafts, movie nights, tea time, music, walks in the garden, and other activities based on residents’ interests and needs. We also support services like exercise and range-of-motion activities, pharmacy and medication delivery, home health visits, and therapy support. For a caregiver, that means you get to work in a place that’s focused not just on basic care, but on helping people enjoy life.
If you’re looking for a workplace where people know each other, where your work matters, and where care comes from the heart, we’d love to have you join us.
