Caregiver Job Opening at Parkside AFH
Home Description
At Parkside AFH, we’re a licensed adult family home in Vancouver, WA, and we focus on creating a calm, comfortable, home-like place where both residents and staff feel supported. We care for adults with dementia and mental health needs, so our team gets to do meaningful work and build real relationships every day.
We provide hands-on support with daily care like bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication help, housekeeping, laundry, and 24-hour supervision. Our home is set up to support different mobility needs too, including residents who use walkers or wheelchairs, and we have safety features like handrails and secure medication storage.
What makes our home a good place to work is the kind of environment we aim to create: personal, caring, and team-focused. We’re not a huge facility, so your work matters here and the care you give is truly seen. We also offer private-pay services, private room options, and a home setting that helps keep the atmosphere more welcoming and personal.
If you want to work somewhere that feels more like a real home, where compassion matters and your caregiving makes a difference every shift, that’s what we’re all about at Parkside AFH.
