Home Description

At L&R Adult Family Home, we’re a beautiful home in Spokane where caregiving feels personal and team-focused. We want our staff to feel like they’re part of a home, not just clocking in for a shift. If you like building real connections, working closely with residents, and being part of a calm home setting, you’d probably feel right at home with us.

We’re located on E Crown Ave in Spokane, and we offer a more comfortable, community-style environment where caregivers can really get to know the people they support. We believe good care comes from patience, kindness, consistency, and treating people with respect every day.

What makes our home a good place to work is the kind of environment adult family homes are known for: more meaningful one-on-one care, a homey setting, and the chance to make a real difference in someone’s daily life. In this type of setting, caregivers often appreciate having a more personal connection with residents and being able to see the impact of their work.

We’d be a great fit for someone who is dependable, caring, and wants to work in a place where residents come first rather than all the home tasks. If you’re the kind of caregiver who notices the little things, enjoys helping people feel safe and comfortable, and wants your work to actually mean something, we’d love to have you on our team.
