Home Description

At Family First, we really try to live up to our name. We’re a family-owned adult family home in Olalla, and our focus is creating a warm, welcoming place where residents feel at home and caregivers feel like they’re part of something meaningful.

We provide 24-hour care in a small private-home setting, which helps us keep things personal and relationship-based. Our team supports residents with day-to-day care, medication support, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and meaningful companionship. We also care for people with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s, and we work alongside therapy, hospice, and other medical professionals when needed.

What makes our home a great place to work is the kind of environment we’ve built. We want our caregivers to work in a clean, comfortable home where compassion matters, teamwork matters, and residents are treated with real dignity and respect. Families have described us as welcoming, caring, and genuinely supportive, and that’s the kind of atmosphere we want our staff to be proud of every day.

If you’re someone who likes working closely with people, building real connections, and being part of a home that puts care first, we’d love to have you on our team.
