Caregiver Job Opening at FAHARI 3 ADULT FAMILY HOME LLC
Home Description
At Fahari 3 Adult Family Home, we’re all about creating a calm, caring, home-style place where both residents and staff feel comfortable. We’re located in Pullman in a real neighborhood home setting, so the environment feels warm and personal instead of institutional.
We take pride in offering hands-on, compassionate care in a smaller home environment where relationships matter. For caregivers, that usually means you get more meaningful one-on-one connection, a more personal daily routine, and the chance to really get to know the people you’re caring for. If you like working somewhere that feels supportive, steady, and family-centered, that’s the kind of atmosphere we aim to build here.
Our home is part of Washington’s licensed adult family home system, so we’re expected to meet state standards for care, safety, and operations. That helps create a workplace where structure and accountability matter, while still keeping the feel of a real home.
We’re also based in Pullman, which can be a great fit if you want to work in a community-focused area with access to local healthcare and senior support resources. We want our team members to feel like what they do here matters every day, because it truly does.
If you’re the kind of caregiver who values kindness, respect, consistency, and a home environment where your work can make a real difference, we’d love to be the kind of place you can feel good about being part of.
