Home Description

At Embrace of Grace AFH, we’re all about creating a calm, caring, and home-like place where both residents and staff feel comfortable. We specialize in supporting adults with dementia and mental health needs, so the work here is meaningful, hands-on, and centered around real connection.

Our home offers private rooms, and we accept both private pay and Medicaid, which helps us serve people from different backgrounds and care situations. We’re also able to support communication with Filipino-speaking residents and families, which helps make care feel more personal and welcoming.

If you’re looking for a place to work where compassion matters, teamwork matters, and the care feels personal instead of institutional, that’s what we aim to build here every day. We want our staff to feel proud of the care they give and supported while doing it. At the end of the day, we’re not just a workplace — we’re a home, and we do our best to make it feel that way for everyone inside it.
