Home Description

We’re Adam and May Adult Family Home, a warm and welcoming adult family home in Vancouver where we really care about the people who live here and the people who work here.

Our home is a great place to work if you enjoy building real relationships, being part of a small team, and making a difference every day. We support residents with needs related to dementia, mental health, and developmental disabilities, so the work here is meaningful, hands-on, and full of purpose. We also provide private duty nursing support, which means our team is part of a home that takes resident care seriously and works to meet a wide range of needs.

We welcome both private pay and Medicaid residents, and we know how important it is to create a stable, dependable home for the people we serve. Our caregivers are a big part of that. We want team members who are compassionate, patient, reliable, and ready to help create a calm and respectful home environment.

One thing that makes our home special is the personal connection. This isn’t a big facility where people get lost in the shuffle. Here, your work matters, your effort is noticed, and you get the chance to be part of a home where care feels personal. We’re also proud to serve a diverse community, and our home includes multilingual support, which helps us connect with residents and families in a more comfortable and meaningful way.

If you’re looking for a workplace where you can do caring work, be part of a close-knit home setting, and help people feel safe and supported every day, we’d love to have you on our team.
