Home Description

At Grace at Pine AFH, we’re all about creating a calm, caring, homey place where both residents and caregivers feel supported. We provide adult family home care in Sammamish, and our focus is on compassionate, attentive support for people who need a little extra help with daily life, including dementia and mental health care.

What makes our home a good place to work is the kind of environment we try to build every day. We want our team to feel like they’re working in a real home, not in a cold or rushed setting. Our home offers private rooms, a peaceful residential location in the Pine Grove area of Sammamish, and a comfortable space where caregivers can really get to know the people they care for.

We believe good care starts with a dependable team. That means helping each other out, staying patient, and making sure residents feel safe, respected, and comfortable. If you like meaningful work, personal connection, and being part of a smaller care setting where your effort really matters, you’ll probably feel right at home here.

We’re looking for someone who is kind, reliable, and truly cares about people. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you be part of what we do.
