Home Description

At Premier Care LLC, we’re a cozy adult family home in Everett where we focus on making each day feel warm, calm, and personal. We provide care for residents with dementia and mental health needs, and we work hard to create a home where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.

What makes our home a great place to work is the kind of environment we try to build every day. We’re not a big, overwhelming facility, so caregiving here feels more personal and relationship-based. You really get the chance to know the people you care for, notice the little things, and make a real difference in their daily lives.

We’re located in a quiet South Everett neighborhood in a house setting that feels comfortable and home-like, not institutional. That makes the workday feel more relaxed and more connected. If you enjoy working in a place where compassion, patience, and teamwork matter, you’ll probably feel right at home here.

We also serve clients through Meaningful Day programs, so we value engagement, routine, and helping residents have quality days, not just getting through tasks. Our team believes good care is about dignity, kindness, consistency, and treating people like family.

If you’re looking for a caregiving job where your work is personal, appreciated, and important, we’d love to have someone who brings a caring heart and a positive attitude to our home.
