Caregiver Job Opening at Ruby Loving Care LLC
Home Description
At Ruby Loving Care LLC, we’re all about creating a home where both residents and caregivers feel supported, respected, and comfortable. We provide care for people with needs related to dementia, developmental disabilities, and mental health, so our team gets the chance to do meaningful work that really matters every day.
We’re a good place to work if you like a home setting where care is personal and relationships matter. Our home offers support with daily living, medication management, bathing assistance, housekeeping, laundry, wound care, blood glucose monitoring, fall prevention, and coordination with outside health and wellness appointments. We also work alongside visiting providers and services like home health, hospice, therapy, podiatry, pharmacy delivery, and medical visits on site, which helps our staff be part of a well-rounded care team.
We also believe a home should feel warm and active, not just clinical. That’s why we include things like holiday celebrations, birthday parties, movie nights, board and card games, crafts, gardening, tea time, puzzles, reading activities, barbecues, and walks in the garden. If you enjoy helping people stay engaged and bringing a little joy into the day, you’ll fit right in here.
Our home has features that make day-to-day work smoother too, including wheelchair and walker accessibility, air conditioning, internet access, an emergency call system, private rooms, outdoor spaces like a patio or deck, and garden areas. We’re also near a hospital and close to a bus line, which can make things easier for families, visitors, and staff.
If you’re the kind of caregiver who wants to work in a place that feels caring, hands-on, and community-focused, we’d love to be the kind of home you’re proud to work in.
