Caregiver Job Opening at IDEAL CARE HOME INC
Home Description
At Ideal Care Home, we’re a family-owned adult family home in Bellevue where care feels personal, warm, and real. We’ve built our home around compassion, dignity, and comfort, and we do our best to make both residents and staff feel supported every day.
What makes us a great place to work is the kind of environment we’ve created. We’re not trying to feel cold or institutional — we’re a true home-like setting with comfortable spaces, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that believes good care starts with kindness. We’re licensed and certified, nurse-owned, and backed by many years of hands-on senior care experience, including assisted living, dementia support, memory care, and 24/7 nursing care.
We also offer a lot that helps make the day-to-day feel meaningful and positive. Our home includes private rooms, gardens, patio space, activity areas, internet access, emergency call systems, wheelchair/walker accessibility, and a secure setting for residents who need extra safety and structure. We also keep life engaging with activities like gardening, music, movie nights, games, crafts, exercise, tea time, holiday celebrations, walks in the garden, and outings to parks, shopping, and restaurants.
If you’re the kind of caregiver who wants to work somewhere that values heart, experience, teamwork, and personalized care, you’ll probably fit right in with us. We want our staff to feel proud of the care they give and comfortable in the home they work in.
