Caregiver Job Opening at EARNEST CARE ADULT FAMILY HOME LLC
Home Description
At Earnest Care Adult Family Home, we’re all about creating a warm, calm, and genuinely supportive place to live and work. We’re a small, compassionate adult family home in Vancouver, and we focus on personalized, high-quality care that helps every resident feel safe, respected, and comfortable.
We’re owned and operated by a healthcare professional couple who are actively involved in the home, so our team gets real support from owners who understand caregiving and stay hands-on in day-to-day care. That means you’re not walking into a place where management feels distant — we work together, communicate openly, and stay focused on doing right by the people in our care.
Working here means being part of a family-like environment where kindness, dignity, and respect matter every day. We believe in person-centered care, meaningful relationships, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff. If you like a workplace where your work matters, your voice is heard, and the care is truly personal, you’ll probably feel right at home here.
We also offer a flexible schedule, and we value caregivers who want to bring compassion, reliability, and heart to the work they do. Our goal is to build a team that supports each other while making a real difference every single day.
