Home Description
At Embrace of Grace AFH, we’ve created a calm, welcoming home where care feels personal and teamwork really matters. We believe the best support happens in a peaceful, family-style setting, and that makes this a rewarding place to work if you’re someone who truly cares about people.
Our home focuses on personalized 24/7 care, dignity, respect, and helping each person feel safe, comfortable, and valued. We also provide a higher level of hands-on support, including skilled nursing-related services, hospice support, wound care, ostomy care, tube feeding, and foley care. If you’re a caregiver who wants meaningful work and the chance to use your skills in a place that values compassion, this is a great fit for you.
We support individuals with needs related to dementia and mental health, so we’re looking for team members who are patient, dependable, and kind. We want our staff to build real connections, not just complete tasks. Around here, we care about creating a home where residents and caregivers both feel supported.
What makes working with us special is the atmosphere we’re building every day: peaceful, nurturing, respectful, and centered on quality of life. We also include recreational and social activities to help keep daily life engaging and positive, which makes the home feel warm and alive.
