Home Description

At I CARE AFH, we’re all about creating a warm, safe, and genuinely caring home where both residents and staff feel supported. We believe care should feel personal, respectful, and full of heart, and that’s the kind of environment we work hard to build every day.

When you work with us, you’re part of a team that focuses on dignity, love, respect, and real connection. We provide 24-hour care and personalized care plans, so our caregivers get the chance to do meaningful work and really make a difference in someone’s everyday life.

Our home offers a comfortable, home-like setting with private rooms, nutritious meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping support, internet access, cable TV, and a clean, well-maintained environment. We also support a wide range of care needs, including dementia care, mental health, diabetes care, hospice care, medication management, mobility help, and other hands-on support, so this is a great place for caregivers who want to build strong experience and use a variety of skills.

We also like to keep life engaging and enjoyable. Our home includes activities like movie nights, games, reading, exercise, holiday celebrations, birthday parties, tea time, and more based on residents’ preferences. That means staff get to work in a place that values not just care, but quality of life too.

We’re proud of the atmosphere we’ve created here. Families describe us as kind, loving, clean, safe, and welcoming, and we do our best to make sure that same feeling carries over to our team. If you’re looking for a workplace where compassion matters, where the setting feels like home, and where your work truly means something, we’d love to have you with us.
