Caregiver Job Opening at Bella vue AFH LLC
Home Description
At Bella Vue AFH, we work hard to create a home where people feel safe, cared for, and truly comfortable. We’re a licensed adult family home in Spokane Valley, and we support residents with hands-on daily care while keeping the atmosphere warm, calm, and personal.
Our team helps with day-to-day needs like bathing, activities of daily living, medication management, laundry, and overall wellness support. We also coordinate extra services and visits when needed, including therapy support, medical visits on site, pharmacy and medication delivery, transportation setup, and help with health-related appointments. That means caregivers here get to be part of a home that stays organized, involved, and focused on making life easier for both residents and staff.
We also serve people with dementia and mental health care needs, so this is a good fit for caregivers who want meaningful work and the chance to build strong caregiving skills. Our home offers activities and engagement too, including games, music, and other supportive routines that help residents stay connected and comfortable.
What makes Bella Vue a good place to work is that we’re not just checking boxes—we’re trying to make this feel like home. We want our caregivers to bring compassion, patience, and heart to the job, and in return you get to work in a setting where your care really matters and where relationships are a big part of the day. If you like the idea of working in a home-style environment where you can make a real difference, we’d love to have you with us.
