Workforce Development & Training

We are committed to helping caregivers grow, advance, and feel confident in their professional journey. Through our partnership with The Long-Term Care Foundation, eligible caregivers gain access to high‑quality training programs that open doors to new skills and long‑term career opportunities.

Caregivers can pursue essential certifications such as the Home Care Aide (75 hours) and Certified Nursing Assistant (108-125 hours), along with specialty training in areas like dementia care, mental health, and nurse delegation. These programs not only build valuable knowledge — they empower caregivers to provide safe, compassionate, and skilled support to the residents they serve.
